OUR PROCESS

CONCEPTUALIZATION

Our initial meeting with you involves a discussion about your vision, ideas, timeline, budget, delivery and installation options to make sure we understand your project requirements. Our process begins with a concept drawing to formalize your ideas onto paper. Dimensions, structural components, materials, colors and other design details are confirmed before we begin fabrication. In some cases, a scaled model is made for visual confirmation. We keep you updated on our progress until your project is completed.

FABRICATION

With an action plan in place, production begins. We work with a variety of materials: polystyrene foam, wood, plastics, metal, clay, fabric, rubber, etc. Depending on the project, fabrication methods include: 3D hot wire foam cutting, mold making and casting, woodworking, welding, machining, fiberglass work and manual hand carving to achieve the fine details required. We also have access to 3D CNC router and 3D printing capabilities. We take into account and include all structural and assembly components at this stage.

COATING

Once fabrication is complete, your sculptures are placed in our custom built state-of-the-art spray booth. A durable and long-lasting hard protective coating is applied using our in-house spray coating equipment.

PAINTING & FINISHING

The project comes together with a selection of finishes (textured or smooth), decorative painting, airbrushing and any final touch-ups and assembly needed to bring it to completion.
